Good news: today was okay!

Point the first: my bike worked! Hurrah!

Point the second: I threw not one but TWO things on the wheel today without sensei's help :D! (It took me nearly two hours, and they weren't very good, but hey! IT'S AN IMPROVEMENT!)

Point the third: I had a test today that I am FAIRLY SURE I didn't fail! HURRAY FOR NOT FAILING TESTS.

Point the fourth: took my bike to the bike shop and they oiled the lock for free \o/.


Other points of interest: internet is still slow as molasses, the internet has ceased to work on my laptop so now I'm updating from the dorm comptuers, my dorm R.A. is really hot, and I have another test tomorrow so I BETTER GO AND STUDY. Peace outttt

good to hear the pottery is improving.
No Dad has not increased the money to your account. He says to use his ANZ credit card for money. There is tons in there.
When can we do a skype hook up. We need to take quite a bit of stuff out of your bags, as we can send it via air by Aust post for $240, but it needs to be no more than 20kg. That is their limit.
Not much else of interest here. But yes we do have foxes in Aust. Don't you recall the fox baiting program that the council undertakes in the nat. Pk outside our back fence? We often get letter drops to keep pets out of the park for 2 weeks, as they are doing fox baiting.
How is sharing a room going? how do you get on with your room mate?

Hi Mum,

I'm fairly sure I said in my email a few days ago that I'm having computer problems, so I'll tell you when I can skype with you! I just can't right now, as in, it's literally impossible.

Sharing a room is going fine, my roommate is nice, I'll do a big update on everything once I have the internet working on my computer again!

Hi Cass,

Forgot to tell you -- I went into your bathroom to clean up before Eva & Nick came. On trying to clean the sink, found it was badly blocked. Thought I'd call a plumber. While I was at it , thought I would have the leaking shower rechecked. On looking at the taps, saw they were in need of replacement ( very old & tired looking). Then thought perhaps I should get the sink taps to match, and then the sink hole. So everything is fixed, and you have new taps and shower head! Incidentally the shower will always drip if you tilt the shower head up. If it is level, there are no drips. Tip from the plumber. Incidentally the sink was blocked with hair!!

Yes you did say you were having computer problems, but hoped to have them fixed by Sun night. So we were just hoping.

Hi Mum,

I know the sink was blocked! I've been telling you for months! Glad to hear it's all been redone thogh, & i already knew that about showers :).

Anyway, I'll let you know when my comp problems are fixed asap.

Gonna cook stew for everyone tomorrow night! You would be proud.
